GREENBELT, MD – The man who has pleaded guilty to arriving at the home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh in 2022 with a suitcase full of weapons and tools to carry out the kidnapping and murder of the Justice now is pleading with the federal judge presiding over his sentencing just to let him go home.

Nicholas John Roske, of Simi, California, who has an alternate personality of “Sophie”, has entered a guilty plea to attempted kidnapping and murder and in a letter to District Court Judge Deborah Boardman says he has suffered from mental illness and depression for much of the last ten years, attempted unsuccessfully to take his own life and now that he has “come out” about his gender dysphoria to his family, just wants to put all of this official crime stuff behind him, apologizes for his behavior and wants to go home.

The court filings in the criminal case do not reference whether Roske has any other personalities or if he has ever identified as a dog, the State of Kansas, or a citizen of Pluto.

Roske is pulling his suitcase with his weapons past Justice Kavanaugh’s house.

The affidavits filed in the court records reveal the contents of a rolling suitcase that Roske brought from California and was pulling up the sidewalk in front of Justice Kavanaugh’s home when two United States Marshals observed him on duty on the midnight shift. Included in the suitcase were a loaded gun, which Koske had purchased in California, and with which he used to take training lessons on how to shoot at a gun range.
