Kenard Issac Hight DWI arrest by Maryland State Police Leonardtown Md.

KENARD ISAAC HIGHT, (DOB 7/1992) of 1121 Simsbury Court, Crofton, Md., was arrested for DWI on Feb. 25, 2020, at 12:54 am by Maryland Trooper Derek Harper as Hight operated a 2012 Nissan Altimanorthbound on Rt. 235 at Shady Mile Drive. Hight also was cited for failing to obey a traffic signal.  A court date has been set for April 22, 2020, in St. Mary’s District Court.

REPEAT OFFENDER DWI DRIVER

Kiersten-Faye-Nutter-28-of-Lexington-Park-Md.-arrested-for-DUI-and-has-pending-theft-charges-in-St.-Mary’s-District-Court.

KIERSTEN FAYE NUTTER, (DOB 03/24/1991) of 46845 S. Shangri-La Drive, Lexington Park, Md., was arrested by Maryland State Trooper E. Ruggles on Feb. 27, 2020, at 2:23 am as she operated a 2012 Ford on Md. Rt. 235 at Pegg Road in Lexington Park, Md. Nutter was arrested on Jan. 13, 2020 by St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Department Cpl. Tirpak on theft charges.

KIERSTEN FAYE NUTTER was charged on Oct. 18, 2019, at 12:42 am by Maryland Trooper Bauer with driving while revoked as she operated a 2019 Ford Fiesta on Md. Rt. 235 at MacArthur Blvd. In a plea deal with St. Mary’s States Attorney Richard Fritz, the charge was dropped on Dec. 13, 2019.

Kiersten Faye Nutter was charged with DWI in Calvert County on May 11, 2014, and pleaded guilty to DWI on Oct. 20, 2014, in a plea deal with Calvert States Attorney Laura Martin. THE DEAL: Nutter was given a verdict of Probation Before Judgement.  Court records show that Nutter was cited for Violation of Probation on May 14, 2015, and on Feb. 5, 2016, was shown to be non-compliant with the rules of the Calvert Substance Abuse Program. Nutter attempted to have the DWI charge expunged from the court records on Dec. 4, 2018, which was denied by the court on Jan. 25, 2019.

BRANDON JOSEPH BENTLEY, (DOB 05/15/1993) of 39464 Thomas Drive, Mechanicsville, Md., was arrested for DWI by Maryland Trooper E. Ruggles on Feb. 27, 2020.

LANCE ANTHONY GARDNER, (DOB 03/03/1990) of 1002 Acadian Drive, St. Martinville, La., was arrested for DWI-Alcohol, reckless and negligent driving and failing to have a permit to drive, by Maryland Trooper Engleman on Feb. 28, 2020, at 6:57 pm as he operated a 2014 GMC Sierra on Md. Rt. 235 at Buck Hewitt Road.

REPEAT OFFENDER DWI DRIVER

COURTNEY E’LEXUS BIVENS, (DOB 12/08/1995) of 7780 Marshall Corner Rd., Pomfret, Md., was arrested for DWI by Maryland State Trooper Joseph Azzari on Feb. 29, 2020, at 1:46 am as she operated a 2015 Ford Fusion on Md. Rt. 235 at Clarkes Landing Road in Hollywood, Md.  A trial is set in St. Mary’s District Court on May 22, 2020.

Courtney E’Lexus Bivens entered a guilty plea to DWI following her arrest on June 17, 2019, at 3:09 am by Maryland Trooper Devin as she operated a 2004 Honda Civic northbound on U.S. Rt. 301 at Billingsley Road in White Plains, Md.  In the plea deal in Charles County District Court, Bivens was given a verdict of Probation Before Judgement by the Charles County States Attorney Anthony Covington. THE DEAL: Bivens was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all of the time in the slammer suspended except for one day.

TRAVIS JAMAR MILLS, (DOB 08/02/1988) of 419 Stephan Young Court, Hollywood, Md., was arrested by Maryland Trooper Travis Howard for DWI on Feb. 29, 2020, at 2:51 am as he blew through a red light on Md. Rt. 235 at Rt. 4 in California, Md., in a 2020 Nissan Altima.  
Mills
entered a guilty plea in a plea deal with St. Mary’s States Attorney Richard Fritz on Aug. 20, 2007, to possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute.

DWI REPEAT OFFENDER DRIVER

LATISHA MONIQUE JOHNSON, 41, (DOB 10/04/1978) of 47453 Lincoln Ave., Lexington Park, Md., was arrested for DWI, reckless driving and violating a license restriction by Maryland State Trooper J. Reid on March 5, 2020, at 9:46 pm as Johnson operated a 2020 Nissan on Md. Rt. 235 at Pegg Road in Lexington Park, Md.  A trial date is set for April 7, 2020, in St. Mary’s District Court. Johnson was jailed in the Hotel St. Mary’s pending a bond hearing and she was released on a percentage bond. Johnson is eligible for a free attorney provided by the Taxpayers of Maryland.

Latisha Johnson managed to go an entire month without having the cloud of a DWI charge hovering over her head due to the lack of concern she has exhibited about driving while impaired. On Feb. 6, 2020, Johnson entered a guilty plea to DWI-alcohol in Calvert District Court.  Johnson was arrested and charged for DWI on Oct. 23, 2019, at 3:26 pm by Calvert Sheriff Department Deputy W. Freeland. A free attorney from the public defender’s office provided her with legal representation.

Latisha Johnson scored a DWI arrest and conviction when she entered a guilty plea on Feb. 6, 2014. Johnson had been arrested by Maryland Trooper P. Kenge as she operated a 1997 Ford on U.S. Rt. 301 at Billingsley Road at White Plains, Md.

ALFONSO BERNARD GALVEZ, (DOB 11/01/1971) of 9343 Darcy Road, Upper Marlboro, Md., was arrested for DWI by Maryland Trooper Opirhory on March 8, 2020, at 1:17 am as he drove a 2018 Jeep southbound on Md. Rt. 235 north of Shangri-La Drive in downtown Lexington Park, Md.

GARRETT DEWAYNE BUTLER, (DOB 12/02/1979) of 22740 Longmore Street, Leonardtown, Md., was arrested by Maryland State Trooper E. Ruggles on March 8, 2020, at 10:08 am and charged with DWI-Alcohol as he drove a 2016 Chevy southbound on Md. Rt. 235 north of Loveville Road in Oakville, Md. Butler declined a free attorney from the public defender’s office and was released from the St. Mary’s County Jail on March 9, 2020.

Garrett Dewayne Butler was arrested by Maryland State Trooper S. Koch for DWI on Jan. 7, 2007, and Butler entered a guilty plea to DWI on Aug. 25, 2009

KEVIN ABRAHAM HUBBARD, 20, (DOB 12/07/1999) of 80 Cross Point Road, Owings, Md., was arrested on March 8, 2020, by Maryland State Police TFC M. Manning. Hubbard was operating a 2009 Honda Accord on Rt. 235 at Clover Hill Road on March 8, 2020, at 4:34 pm.

DWI REPEAT OFFENDER DRIVER

ANDRAE MARQUIS BRISCOE, 36, (DOB 04/16/1983) of 21572 Gordon Court, Lexington Park, Md., arrested for DWI on March 9, 2020, by Maryland State Police TFC A. Piscopo-Bann. Briscoe was stopped by the Trooper as he operated a 2004 Chevy at the intersection of Bolden Court and Gordon Court near his home – which he would have arrived if he had called an Uber – on March 8, 2020, at 11:14 pm.  Bail at the Jail was set at $10,000 which was posted and Briscoe was released. Briscoe decided to take a pass on a free public defender however court records do not reflect if he has hired himself a mouthpiece to represent him in St. Mary’s District Court on April 15, 2020.

Andrae (aka Andre) Briscoe entered a guilty plea to hit and run in St. Mary’s District Court on Feb. 20, 2014. On Thursday, November 28, 2013, Deputy B. Foor of the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of Pegg Road and Midway Drive for a reported single motor vehicle accident into a guardrail. Upon arrival, the vehicle was gone from the scene, however, the front Maryland license plate had been left behind during the crash. A check of the license plate revealed the vehicle was a 1999 GMC Yukon registered to Andrae Marquis Briscoe, 30, of Lexington Park. Deputy Foor located the vehicle at Briscoe’s residence with significant damage. Further investigation revealed Briscoe attempted to report the vehicle stolen and was placed under arrest for False Statement to Police Officer by Deputy Foor.

Andrae Marquis Briscoe entered a guilty plea to DWI in a plea deal with St. Mary’s States Attorney Richard Fritz on Feb. 23, 2010, in St. Mary’s District Court. THE DEAL: Briscoe was given a verdict of Probation Before Judgement with no fine and no time.

Briscoe netted two days in jail after he was arrested for second-degree assault by St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Department Deputy Patrick Handy, in a plea deal with Fritz on Aug. 7, 2002. On June 18, 2005, at approximately 0200 hours officers responded to the I-Hop for a reported fight and disorderly crowd. Responding police: DFC Michael Labanowski, Deputy Shaun Carberry, DFC Elizabeth Trossbach, Cpl Craig Tyer MSP, and other members, both on and off-duty of the Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police attempted to disperse a large disorderly crowd from the parking lot. As the crowd was moving a suspect refused to leave and began yelling and screaming profanities causing a crowd to gather. He was advised he was under arrest and was being placed under arrest when he began resisting. During the resisting arrest, he grabbed an officer’s gun belt and was subdued and placed on the ground. The suspect was later identified as Andrae Marquis Briscoe, 22 of Lexington Park. Briscoe was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Resisting arrest, and Attempting to Disarm a Police Officer. During the arrest of Briscoe another suspect began acting disorderly and refused to leave, he was placed under arrest and charged with Disorderly Conduct, he was identified as Samuel Lee Payne, 18 of Lexington Park, Trooper 7 also arrived overhead and used their lights to aid the officers in dispersing the crowd.

Andrae Marquis Briscoe was charged by St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Department Deputy R. Nielsen with fleeing from a police officer, speeding and DWI while driving a 2001 Mercury on Feb. 1, 2009. In St. Mary’s District Court on July 30, 2009, Fritz dropped all the charges.

MARY LAUREN STAMP, 30, (DOB 10/18/1989) of 351 Skyview Drive, Lusby, Md., was arrested by Maryland State Trooper Posch on March 10, 2020 at 2:08 am. Stamp was operating a 2018 Chevy Sonic northbound on Md. Rt. 235 at Md. Rt. 4.

Drug Arrest-  St. Mary’s Sheriff Tim Cameron reports that on April 5, 2018, Cpl. James Stone responded to the 47000 block of Foxchase Drive in Lexington Park for the reported hit and run accident.  Cpl. Stone was able to locate the suspect vehicle, and inside the vehicle asleep in the driver’s seat was Gerald Auker, 51, of Great Mills.  While on the scene Cpl. Stone became aware Auker had an outstanding warrant for Theft.  Auker was placed under arrest for the outstanding warrant and was found to be in possession of suspected heroin.  Auker was arrested and charged with Theft, CDS Possession-Not Marijuana, CDS Possession-Paraphernalia, Failure of Vehicle Driver in Accident to locate and Notify Owner of Vehicle Damage
