“Dwi names will not be sent to tabloids”.

Calvert Sheriff Mike Evans refused to send DWI list to Tabloids

In response to a request on June 18, 2018, for the DWI arrest report which has been released by the Calvert Sheriff’s Department since 1991, Calvert Sheriff Mike Evans replied via his Calvert County Government email account: “Dwi names will not be sent to tabloids”.

Prior to the publication of a news article detailing an FBI probe into Sheriff Evans allegedly snaring and sharing prescription drugs he picked up from Asbury retirement center in Solomon’s, Evans not only released DWI arrests but also willingly answered questions for this interview about why he is running for an unprecedented fifth term as Calvert Sheriff.

DWI arrests have been routinely released by prior Sheriff’s and during his four terms in office until the publication of the article about the FBI probing his actions on May 18, 2018.

As can be determined by the video below, Calvert Sheriff Mike Evans formerly released “Dwi names” until an article disclosing his alleged criminal actions was published.
