ELECTION 2018: St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Race – Part One of Q & A with Sheriff Tim Cameron
Two candidates competed for the Republican nomination for Sheriff of St. Mary’s County. The winner was Tim Cameron and will face Democrat Ted Belleavoine in the November General Election.
Sheriff Tim Cameron is running for a fourth term and was opposed by Tom Phelan, an experienced Navy pilot, and commander of four Naval Commands.
Interviews with candidates are beginning this week in key races around Maryland.
