MURDER USA: Trio charged with the slaying of Mr. Lucky
Dream Edwards, Ramon Bowman, and Abdul Kandeh may be lucky at winning lifetime vacation in the slammer
LAUREL, MD. – PG County Police report that Homicide Unit detectives arrested three suspects in connection with a fatal shooting in Laurel in late October. The suspects are 20-year-old Dream Edwards of the 13000 block of Larchdale Road in Laurel, 18-year-old Abdul Kandeh of the 8800 block of Barnsley Court in Laurel and 18-year-old Ramon Bowman of the 200 block of Wood Oak Court in Glen Burnie.
On October 24th, at approximately 3:30 pm, patrol officers were called to the 13000 block of Laurel Bowie Road for a shooting. When they arrived, officers discovered 19-year-old Hassan Lucky of Laurel, on the sidewalk suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
The preliminary investigation reveals the fatal shooting stemmed from an on-going dispute between the suspects and the victim. The suspects are all charged with first-degree murder and related charges. They are in the custody of the Prince Georges County Jail.
