MURDER USA: Reggie Horn found dead in the street of gunshots

FORESTVILLE, MD. – PG Police say that Detectives with the Homicide Unit are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred late Friday night. The victim is 25-year-old Reggie Donnell Horne of 8113 Jordan Park Boulevard in Forestville, Md. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case. Tipsters will never have to give their name.
Preliminarily, detectives do not believe this was a random crime.
On June 7th, at approximately 10:45 pm, patrol officers were called to the 8100 block of Jordan Park Boulevard for a report of a shooting. The officers discovered Horne in the roadway suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Detectives are working to identify a suspect(s) and a motive.

Horne was convicted of theft in Prince Georges Circuit Court, on Sept. 30, 2016, the following outcome was included in court records:
Order of court dated 10/14/16, Judge Woodard; Ordered, that the Defendant shall complete a period of 9 months on Home Detention, to be supervised by Alternative Sentencing, Inc. (“ASI”) a Maryland State Licensed and Regulated Private Home Detention Agency, and it is further, Ordered, during the aforesaid period of home detention, the Defendant shall be permitted to attend such verified employment/employment search, counseling, medical, legal appointments, religious services and other activity as may be authorized in the discretion of the Defendant’s ASI case manager in accordance with ASI’s State Approved Program rules and regulations, and it is further, Ordered, that the Defendant shall immediately contact, to schedule an appointment to begin Home Detention monitoring, and it is further, Ordered, that any act or omission by Defendant in noncompliance with this Order or with lawful ASI program directives shall constitute a violation and shall thereupon be reported to the Court, the State’s Attorney, Defense Attorney, and the Defendant’s probation agent (if applicable), by way of a statement of terms and conditions alleged to have been violated, and it is further, Ordered, that this Order is supplemental and additional to the Order of Probation signed in the above captioned case.
On Jan. 19, 2017, Horne was found guilty of violating his probation from a robbery conviction and picked up a new sentence of nine months in jail. Horne originally picked up a 20 year stretch in prison with all, but 18 months suspended, on May 24, 2013.
