CRIME AND DECLINE IN LEXINGTON PARK: Tyquan Wills gets free air and free hotel in Baltimore trauma unit

LEXINGTON PARK, MD. – A local drug figure who can’t figure out how to get a job now is resting in a trauma unit in Baltimore after catching some flying lead while dealing with his friendly compatriots in the drug dealing business.

The Maryland State Police report that State police are investigating a reported shooting that occurred early on August 13, 2020, in Lexington Park, Md.

The injured dirtbag is identified as Tyquan Samuel Wills, 21, (DOB 06/22/1999) of 48188 Hillside Drive, Lexington Park.

Police say that Wills left the scene of the reported shooting looking for a safe space and later called 9-1-1 from his home from where he was transported by medevac to the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center for treatment.

Police believe Wills was inside a silver 2000 Ford Crown Victoria with Virginia plates at the time of the incident.

Shortly after midnight, police responded to the report of shots fired in a vacant lot in a residential neighborhood in the 21,000 block of Windsor Drive in Hermanville, where troopers found shell casings and one vehicle which appeared to have been struck by a bullet.

State police immediately performed a neighborhood check. Witnesses provided police with information to include a description of the suspect vehicle. The suspect vehicle was described as a tan Chevrolet Tahoe with no registration plates.

Investigators from the Maryland State Police Criminal Enforcement Division responded to the scene to assume the investigation.  Forensic crime scene analysts from the Maryland State Police Forensic Sciences Division also responded to the scene to process and collect evidence.

PRIOR ARRESTS: include drug activity in four Maryland counties

LEXINGTON PARK, MD. – Some drivers just stink, some smell of booze, some of pot.  Police say that on January 13, 2018, Sgt. Merritt conducted a traffic stop in the 21000 block of Great Mills Road, in Lexington Park.  After making contact with the operator of the vehicle, Tyquan Samuel Wills, 18, of Lexington Park, a strong odor of marijuana was emitting from the vehicle.  A search of the vehicle yielded suspected marijuana.  Wills was arrested and charged with CDS Possession of Marijuana 10GM+.

On a more recent drug adventure in the world of shadows, bullets and free public defenders, Tyquan Samuel Wills, was charged on Feb. 5, 2020, in Calvert County District Court by Calvert County Sheriff’s Department Deputy M. Kwitowski with possession with the intent to distribute drugs, possession of drugs other than marijuana such as Fentanyl, heroin, cocaine, meth or PCP, and providing false identification to an officer in order to evade arrest (which apparently failed). With various trial postponements due to the Wuhan Virus, Wills was released from commitment on Feb. 6, 2020, allowing him to continue in his chose career. The taxpayers of Maryland will be providing him with a free attorney and court records show that Hammad Shaikh Matin filed an appearance as his attorney.

Court records show that the Calvert States Attorney, facing the prospect of having to go up against a talented attorney from La Plata, dropped the felony distribution charge on July 6, 2020, and a hearing on the misdemeanor charges has been set for Sept. 25, 2020.  Should Wills succumb to his bullet wounds, the case will be dismissed.

Tyquan Samuel Wills was charged by Maryland State Trooper Mark Whitman with a slew of traffic charges as he operated a Chevy on Mr.t 246 at Chancellors Run in a reckless and dangerous manner and beat feet after bailing out of the vehicle. With any form of driver’s permit and other charges for generally failing to do good, St. Mary’s States Attorney Richard Fritz allowed Wills to have a plea deal where all charges except for reckless driving were dropped in return for a guilty plea to that charge.  THE DEAL: was made in St. Mary’s District Court on March 11, 2020. He was fined $325.00 which was deferred – perhaps forever.

A felony drug distribution charge placed against Wills by Ocean City Police Officer Denny was dropped on July 30, 2018, in Worcester County District Court.

Maryland State Trooper William Bringman arrested Tyquan Samuel Wills and charged him with possession of more than ten grams of pot in Talbot County. On August 13, 2018, the charge was put on the Stet Docket.  The taxpayers of Maryland provided Wills with a free attorney so he could use his own funds on investing in his small business of multi-level marketing.
