Sheriff Mike Evans is on the way out of office by the end of 2022, public is stuck with Rappaport who was appointed Circuit Court Judge following his failure to obtain a search warrant for the blood draw.

With nearly three dozen Calvert Deputies on the scene and all within two minutes of the courthouse, not a one was sent to get a warrant signed by a judge to keep the evidence admissible in court.
