BALTIMORE, MD. – When it comes to public health, the urgent warnings, dire predictions, and pulse-pounding proclamations issued by the government at all levels in America have proven to be lies, fraud, deliberate deceit, and that good old standby – incompetence. That pretty much sums up the predicament of Anne Arundel County physician Ron Elfenbein, who is standing trial in criminal federal court in Baltimore, facing serious charges which could strip him of his ability to practice medicine forever and land him behind bars.

In the second week of trial in the Edward A. Garmatz United States District Court, Dr. Elfenbein is facing a firing squad of federal prosecutors, who, if there was indeed justice in this world, would themselves be facing a firing squad and being given a last cigarette. Leading the political persecution of Dr. Elfenbein is the Biden corrupt Department of Justice Assistant Attorney General Kenneth Polite, head of the Criminal Division of the DOJ.

Polite has been touting to the lapdog media of the United States that special software the DOJ is using to track nefarious conduct on the part of healthcare providers is a game changer, and his supervising the prosecution of Dr. Elfenbein in this trial of defrauding Medicare and patients in his medical clinics.

Courtroom observers say that as the eighteen federal prosecutors swarm the courtroom while Assistant Attorney General Polite watches and directs the failing and flailing actions of the government prosecutors, it looks as if the effort is all a modern-day version of Humpty Dumpty and all of Biden’s men and all of his horses won’t be able to put the case against Dr. Elfenbein back together again.

The chief government witness last week told the prosecutors he was sorry when he left the stand after the defense counsel shot his testimony full of holes. A CareFirst Executive confirmed last week in court that Heath and Human Services (HHS) directed CareFirst to investigate Dr. Elfenbein following interviews of the physician on national television in which the Johns Hopkins educated noted emergency specialist criticized the Biden Administration blocking the use of drugs for Covid Patients.

Elfenbein said that the action would cost thousands of lives and was in response to incorrect reactions to data that had been discredited. Dr. Elfenbein didn’t mince any words when he said the Biden administration’s move was killing people during the Pandemic.

Judge James Kelleher Bredar, Chief Judge of the District Court of Maryland, who is presiding on the trial, announced on July 24, 2023, that the government prosecutors illegally included private health records of patients in the filings of the case and instructed those filings to be removed from the record, as they violated HIPPA laws. In addition, he ordered the prosecutors that the jury must not consider those records.

Erek Barron, the United States Attorney for the District of Maryland, has yet to show up in the courtroom as AAG Polite leads the platoon of prosecutors on what is proving to be a fool’s errand.

Judge Bredar, a Harvard graduate that went to Georgetown University Law School, has a bit of common sense in his upbringing prior to attending such elitist institutions. Judge Bredar grew up in Colorado and worked as a National Parks ranger, where he presumably had plenty of opportunity to learn how to cut the wheat from the chaff and observe loco tourists lost in the wilderness of forests, much like the regulations and laws of the United States that physicians have to navigate while trying to save lives.

As the case wore on, Judge Bredar said to the prosecutors after the witness was excused and the jury left the courtroom: “There is no case here; what in the world are you guys doing?”

This week, another remark by Judge Bredar to the prosecutors was: “This not red light stop and green light go. These policies are confusing. It appears to me that the barn was on fire, and the doctors were trying to get the horses out. This was during the Pandemic.”

In court on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, Judge Bredar said to the prosecutors, “You are trying to take a man’s liberty away on policies that are simply open to interpretation. See everyone tomorrow.”

Judge Bredar may have spent the day reviewing with his law clerks the language he could unleash on July 27 when he dismisses the case, revokes the limousines from the phalanx of Department of Justice attorneys, and orders them to take a MARC train back to Washington.
