MURDER USA Infant poisoned by babysitter’s deadly enema cocktail; Baltimore cops charge duel survivor with murder
First Degree Child Abuse Arrest
BALTIMORE, MD. – Baltimore Police report that a babysitter has been charged with first-degree child abuse in the death of an infant Indira Henderson on November 18, 2017, following an autopsy report on March 30, 2018, that ruled the death a homicide.
Police say that on Nov. 18, 2017, at approximately 8:55 a.m., Northeast District patrol officers responded to the 5400 block of Plainfield Avenue for a report of a baby not breathing.
Once at the location officers located a 6-month-old female being cared for by medics.
Baltimore City medics transported the baby to an area hospital where despite medical efforts the baby was pronounced deceased.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the baby had not had a bowel movement in four days. The babysitter, Latayia Hutchins of the 5400 block of Plainfield Avenue, contacted the mother of the child and asked permission to administer an enema, to help the child have a bowel movement. The mother agreed to the enema for 6-month-old Indira Henderson.
Before administering the enema, Hutchins applied a lubricant to the pipette with warm water. Once administered, Indira immediately began convulsing and later died at an area hospital.
On November 19, 2017, an autopsy was performed and on March 30, 2018, the autopsy investigation was complete, and the death was ruled a homicide by poisoning.
The lubricant that was used had Lidocaine in it resulting in Indira’s death.
On April 12, 2018, detectives arrested 32-year-old Lataya Hutchins and transported her to Central Booking Intake Facility where she has been charged with 1st degree Child Abuse.
MURDER USA Ex-con Garrett Smith charged with the
murder of Dannie Grant
#317 of 2017 BALTIMORE, MD – Baltimore Police have made an arrest in the murder of Dannie Mark Grant which took place on Nov. 28, 2017. On April 10, 2018, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested Garrett Smith, 47, of 3942 Penhurst Avenue, Baltimore, Md., while in the 4600 block of Liberty Heights.
Garrett was arrested for the murder that occurred on November 21, 201,7 in the 3800 block of Oakford Avenue, a 50-year-old Dannie Mark Grant.
Detectives transported Garrett Smith to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with 1st-degree murder, handgun on person, reckless endangerment, use of a firearm in a violent crime by a convicted felon, first and second-degree assault. A free taxpayer-provided attorney is going to mount a brilliant and valiant defense in Baltimore City Circuit Court. Smith is in the Baltimore Jail.
Smith was convicted of robbery with a deadly weapon and use of a handgun in a violent crime on March 10, 1993.
MURDER USA Convicted carjacker Dante Henderson graduates magna cum homicide for demise of Marquis Johnson
#65 of 2018 BALTIMORE, MD. – On April 7, 2018, at 3 am, Baltimore Police said a body with gunshot wounds was removed to a hospital from W. Baltimore Street and then to the Medical Examiner. The deceased was later identified as Marquis Johnson.
On April 10, 2018, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested 28-year-old Dante Henderson of 1207 Harlem Avenue, while in the 4700 block of Wakefield Road.
Henderson was arrested for the homicide that occurred on April 7, 2018, in the 1500 block of West Baltimore Street and was transported to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with 1st-degree murder.
Henderson graduated to murder from his apprenticeship as an armed carjacker for which he was found guilty on Aug. 8, 2007, and was sent to the slammer for eight years.
MURDER USA Cops bag the winner of a deadly duel; arrested Santos Stanfield-Martin as last man standing for murder
#63 of 2018 BALTIMORE, MD. – Baltimore Police followed up on the report of gunfire, which isn’t exactly anything new in the city with strict gun laws and phony politicians. On April 5, 2018, at approximately 4:12 a.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to the 3400 block of Hilldale Place for a report of discharging.
On April 6, 2018, Homicide detectives arrested 23-year-old Santos Stanfield-Martin, of the 5500 block of Haddon Avenue, after being released from an area hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound to the leg.
Stanfield-Martin was arrested for the homicide that occurred on April 5, 2018, in the 3400 block of Hilldale Place, of Andre Michael Martin, after a dispute.
Santos Stanfield-Martin was transported to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with 1st and 2nd-degree murder, 1st, and 2nd-degree assault, Handgun violations, and reckless endangerment.
On April 5, 2018, Baltimore Police reported that officers located a 43-year-old male with gunshot wounds to the upper body and a second male with a gunshot wound to the leg.
Medics pronounced the 43-year-old male deceased at the location. The second male was transported to an area hospital where he is listed in good condition.
Detectives have identified the victim as 43-year-old Andre Michael Martin (B/M) of the 3400 block of Hilldale Place.
MURDER USA Who Dun it? Cops say it was David Murray!
#254 of 2017 BALTIMORE, MD. – Baltimore Police report that on April 7, 2018, David Murray, 25, was charged with first-degree murder of Kevin Bailey on Sept. 22, 2017.
On September 22, 2017, at approximately 11:16 p.m., Northwest District police officers were dispatched to the 4300 block of Reisterstown Road for a reported shooting.
Responding officers discovered 43-year-old Kevin Bailey laying in a parking lot in the block suffering from gunshot wounds.
Through the course of their investigation, Homicide detectives were able to identify a suspect and get an arrest warrant.
On April 7, 2018, 25-year-old David Murray of the 2500 block of Shirley Avenue was arrested for 1st Degree Murder.
Murray has been formally charged with 1st Degree Murder, as well as related weapons violations.
David Murray is currently being held until trial, bail was denied.
Repeat Gun & Drug Offender Arrested in Southern District
BALTIMORE, MD. – A repeat offender with a gun and drugs was nabbed by Baltimore Police.
On April 12, 2018, at approximately 1:30 p.m., Southern District Action Team officers were conducting an investigation in the 800 block of Carroll Street when they observed CDS activity.
As officers approached the suspect involved, a short foot pursuit ensued.
Officers apprehended Willie Goodman, 32, of the unit block of Garnet Avenue. Officers seized a loaded handgun and suspected cocaine and heroin from Goodman.
Willie Goodman was transported to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with handgun and CDS violations.
