GANG RAPE: Teen Gang Raped Woman; Three 14-Year-Olds Charged as Adults for Rape of Woman at Gunpoint

BALTIMORE, MD. – Four teenagers who were scared off by citizens while in the act of raping a woman have now been charged as adults with sexual assault by Baltimore City Police.

Police say that on February 6, 2019, at approximately 10:00 p.m., four juvenile suspects followed a 19 year-old woman after she got off of an MTA bus and walked into the 300 block of North Fulton Avenue. Three suspects forced the victim into a rear yard, one at gun point and sexually assaulted her.

Police say that neighbors came out of their home and interrupted the assault, causing the suspects to flee.

Baltimore City School Police contacted Sex Offense detectives after seeing news reports with suspect photos. School police recognized two of the suspects and the other two were identified soon after.

The suspects were positively identified by the victim and warrants were issued for three 14 year-olds.

Charged with 44 criminal charges on Feb. 14, 2019, including first-degree rape, conspiracy to commit first and second-degree rape, use of a handgun in a violent crime, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, armed robbery, kidnapping, conspiracy to kidnap a victim, handgun on person, perverted practice and first and second-degree assault:

A fourth juvenile, age 12, who was present during the sexual assault, has been identified and was charged as a juvenile with 1st Degree Rape, 3rd & 4th Degree Sex Offense, Conspiracy-Kidnapping, Conspiracy-Robbery, Perverted Practice and Handgun on Person.

Suspects Ramos, Worrell, and Campbell have all been charged as adults and are currently being held at Central Booking and Intake Facility. A preliminary hearing is set for March 6, 2019.
