MURDER USA: Cyril Briscoe down for the count when filled full of lead while in a car on Chillum Road
CHILLUM, MD – While PG County Police send out breathless messages to citizens on the dangers of leaving valuables in plain sight in their vehicles and leaving their cars and trucks unlocked for the local neighborhood thieves to rummage through at night time, the killers of PG County continue to thumb their noses at Maryland’s tough gun laws and kill with wild abandon.
PG Police report that Homicide Unit detectives are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Monday. The victim is 26-year-old Cyril Carlton Briscoe of 1518 Chillum Road in Chillum, Md.
PG Police say that on May 27th, at approximately 5:15 am, patrol officers responded to the 3300 block of Chillum Road for the report of a shooting. When they arrived, officers located the victim inside of a car suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Police say that the preliminary investigation reveals Briscoe and other occupants were traveling in the 1500 block of Chillum Road when an unknown vehicle pulled up beside them. An unknown suspect in that vehicle began shooting into the victim’s car, striking and killing Briscoe. No one else inside of the victim’s car was hurt. The shooting began in the 1500 block of Chillum Road. The victim’s car stopped in the 3300-block following the shooting.
Detectives are actively working to identify suspect(s) and determine a motive for this shooting.

MURDER USA: One shot was all it took to put Rufus Clark six feet under
CAMP SPRINGS, MD. – It wasn’t a lucky night on May 21, 2019, for Rufus Vijay Clark who became another statistic for PG County officials to use to attract larger and better funeral homes to the bloody and murderous sprawling suburban county just outside of Washington, D. C.
Prince Georges (PG – Pretty Gory) County police report that their Homicide Unit detectives are actively working to identify and arrest the suspect(s) who shot and killed a man overnight in Camp Springs. The victim is 28-year-old Rufus Clark of 4461 23rd Parkway in Temple Hills, Md.
Denis Andrea O’Connell, the taxpayer provided attorney for Clark in a trial pending in Anne Arundel County on July 25, 2019, can now shred the file where he was indicted by the Grand Jury on counts of burglary, theft and malicious property destruction. Clark was much safer in the Anne Arundel County Jail where he was released on zero bond from on May 8, 2019.
On May 21st, at approximately 12:40 am, patrol officers responded to the 5400 block of Morris Avenue for the report of a man found unresponsive outside. Officers discovered the man suffering from a gunshot wound. Clark was pronounced dead on the scene.
Detectives are working to identify the suspect(s) and determine a motive.
MURDER USA: PG Detectives put the cuffs on
Akram Hussein for murder of Cesar Zayas
Homicide Unit detectives charged a suspect in connection with a homicide in Beltsville. The suspect is 25-year-old Akram Abdi Hussein of 3206 Curtis Drive in Temple Hills, Md. Akram is charged with fatally shooting 30-year-old Cesar Zayas of Roby Avenue in Beltsville.
Detectives learned through the investigation that the suspect had been seen outside of the victim’s residence by witnesses on more than one occasion and had also threatened to kill the victim last summer.
On May 24th, at approximately 6:10 pm, patrol officers were called to a home in the 11000 block of Roby Avenue for the report of a shooting. When they arrived, officers discovered Zayas inside of the home suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
The preliminary investigation reveals the suspect met the victim through a third person and became fixated on the victim’s relationship with that third person. Detectives learned through the investigation that the suspect had been seen outside of the victim’s residence by witnesses on more than one occasion and had also threatened to kill the victim last summer.
Hussein is charged with first- and second-degree murder and, as of May 28, 2019, is in the custody of the Department of Corrections on a no-bond status. A hearing is set in Prince Georges District Court on June 26, 2019 in Upper Marlboro.
This murder rap is Hussein’s debut as a major criminal, at least it’s the first time he has been caught and charged with a crime other than a traffic ticket for speeding. However, he is off to a nice start.
MURDER USA: Ronnie Jacobs Jr. Another Victim of The Killing Fields of PG
COLLEGE PARK, MD. – PG Police say that Homicide Unit detectives are actively working to identify and arrest the suspect(s) who killed a man in the City of College Park. The victim is 33-year-old Ronnie Jacobs, Jr. of no fixed address.
On May 22nd, at approximately 6:00 am, patrol officers responded to the 8700 block of Rhode Island Avenue for the report of an unresponsive man. Officers discovered Jacobs outside suffering from trauma to the upper body. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Detectives are working to identify the suspect(s) and determine a motive.
Ronnie Jacobs Sr. posted on Facebook giving notice of the murder of his son with these tragic words:
“It is with great sorrow family that I’ve lost my oldest son Ronnie Jr who was killed this past Wednesday due to a gunshot wound to the chest. The detectives and police are canvassing the College Park area and working on the case. When I first heard the news, my heart dropped, and I started to weep. Jr has gone home to be with the LORD. We do not know at this time why his life was taken. Please keep the Jacobs family in prayer that our HEAVENLY FATHER gives us the strength to carry on this task. I’ve finally got all the arrangements together. My son Ronnie Jacobs Jr. funeral will be on Saturday, June 1, 2019, at the Corinthian Baptist Church located at 6705 Good Luck Rd in Lanham MD. The Viewing will be from 10:00 am through 11:00 am. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 am.”
