STEVEN GORDON ZARESKI, 65, (DOB 09/28/1953) of 4161 Monmouth St, Fairfax, Va., was charged by Montgomery County Police Officer D. Sassi on Sept. 12, 2019 with sexual solicitation of a minor, sex offense in the third degree, and general prostitution in an incident that Montgomery County Police say took place on Aug. 9, 2019.

According to court documents, the victim’s mother stumbled upon a calendar dotted with male rendezvous and rates charged for sexual services. One appointment listed August 9, 2019, at 12 p.m. with “Steve.” On that day, officers with the Gaithersburg Police Department managed to locate the girl walking at the RIO Washingtonian Center with an older adult man, later identified as Zareski.

During an interview with detectives at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center in Olney, the girl acknowledged she had been selling her body for sex with adult men. A search of the girl’s cell phone uncovered text message conversations with Zareski.

ABC7 REPORTED: “The victim sent ‘Steve’ pictures of herself scantily clad, with bare breasts,” police noted in court documents. “‘Steve’ sent the victim a photo of his face during this text conversation.”

The girl quoted Zareski $70, which he allegedly agreed to. She then sent Zareski her home address, which is located in Montgomery County. According to the girl, Zareski arrived a few minutes late, around 12:05 p.m. and texted her: “Where do I park?”

Zareski has a preliminary hearing set for Oct. 11, 2019, in District Court for Montgomery County, Md., and is in the Montgomery County jail as of Sept. 13, 2019, pending a bond hearing.

After entering the residence, Zareski reportedly handed the 15-year-old girl $80. She gave him $10 in return. The two — more than 50 years apart in age — proceeded to engage in fellatio and sexual intercourse in the basement, police allege.

During a search of the victim’s home, officers located numerous used condoms in the basement bathroom trashcan. A review of Zareski’s Sprint phone records placed him in the immediate area of the girl’s home on August 9.

TITO A.  AGUILAR, 48,780 Balls Bluff Rd, (DOB 01/30/1971) LEESBURG, Va., 09/10/2019, SEXUAL SOLICITATION OF A MINOR, Prostitution-General. Bond was posted on Sept. 11, 2019 by Yaneth Perez-Sanchez of Leesburg, Va. Preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 4, 2019 in Rockville District Court.

Detectives continued to examine the girl’s text message logs and located a conversation with an “Antonio,” later identified as Tito Aguilar.

“150 would be reasonable don’t you think?” Aguilar allegedly texted the girl after she sent him skimpy photos of herself.

Aguilar proceeded to describe his sexual fantasies in a vividly crude manner, police note.

“Once we’re done with sex you will make the decision to go home or stay the night with a hot guy that will continue to pleasure you in every which way imaginable,” Aguilar is said to have written in a less risqué portion of the text conversation.

Officers operating in an undercover capacity arranged a meeting with Aguilar at the Motel 6 along Quince Orchard Road in Gaithersburg. However, the 48-year-old canceled after failing to obtain an early check-in. Instead, he is said to have suggested meeting behind a Radisson Hotel in Rockville for a “car date.”

On the day of the planned meet up, police texted Aguilar requesting that he bring condoms. He agreed, but asked that the teen “wear a skirt and no bra just to make it easier.”
