WOMEN SCORN: Man receives far more than lip from wife and her friend
MILLSBORO, DEL. – The Delaware State Police have arrested 39-year-old Erica M. Parks of Dagsboro, DE and 36-year-old Crysta D. Adkins of Dover, DE for aggravated menacing and related charges.
On March 15, 2020 at approximately 5:09 p.m., Troopers were dispatched to the 20000 block of Laurel Road, Millsboro, in reference to a domestic in progress. Upon arrival, Troopers learned that Parks and her friend Adkins had responded to the residence and engaged in an argument with Parks’ husband, a 40-year-old male.
Police say that the argument turned physical and Parks proceeded to strike the victim with a ratchet. Adkins then proceeded to threaten the victim with a knife. The two females continued to grab the victim and scratch him prior to fleeing the area in a gray Dodge Challenger. The victim sustained minor injuries and declined medical treatment.
Police say that the vehicle was observed traveling on Main Street and a traffic stop was initiated. Parks and Adkins were taken into custody without incident and transported back to Troop 4 where they were charged with the following:
Erica M. Parks:
- Possession of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony
- Aggravated Menacing
- Assault Third Degree
- Offensive Touching
Parks was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court and released on $22000.00 unsecured bond.
Crysta Adkins:
- Possession of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony
- Aggravated Menacing
- Conspiracy Second Degree
- Assault Third Degree
- Offensive Touching
Adkins was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court and released on $27000.00 unsecured bond.
