Delaware State Police arrested 55-year-old Victoria Parker of Smyrna, Delaware, for a 5th offense felony DUI.

The Delaware State Police report that on April 1, 2024, at approximately 8:10 p.m., patrol troopers saw a black Acura MDX driver driving erratically northbound on North Dupont Highway near Messina Hill Road in Dover. The troopers saw the driver of the Acura make additional traffic violations and pulled them over. The driver, identified as Victoria Parker, showed signs of impairment. Troopers also saw there was a child in the SUV. The troopers administered Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. After the tests, Parker was taken into custody for driving under the influence.

A computer check showed that Parker had four prior DUI-related convictions. Parker was taken to Troop 3, where she was charged with the below crimes, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 7, and released on a $3,850 unsecured bond.

  • Endangering the Welfare of a Child while Driving Under the Influence
  • Failure to Remain within a Single Lane
  • MECHANICS WANTED
