DWI HIT PARADE: 7-time DUI Driver Melissa Jurado Not Hurt in Crash; Delaware’s Looney Judges Will Get another Chance to Set Her Free to Kill

Unfortunately, this driver survived a crash, and fortunately, she didn’t kill anyone – this time.

The Delaware State Police report they arrested 39-year-old Melissa Jurado for 7th Offense DUI after she was involved in a vehicle crash.
