Nathan Javon Allen (DOB 07/06/2001) of 21428 Manon Way, Lexington Park, Md, represented by attorney Robert Castro, entered a guilty plea in St. Mary’s Circuit Court on August 13, 2021, to having a loaded gun in a vehicle and attempting to elude police officers in a vehicle. In the plea deal with St. Mary’s States Attorney Richard Fritz, Allen was sentenced by Circuit Court Judge Joseph Stanalonis to three years in prison, with all of the prison time suspended but for eighteen months.
Court records show sentencing took place on Dec. 10, 2021, and that a petition was filed with the court on February 28, 2022, to reconsider the length of the sentence and, instead of remaining in the hoosegow for the entire suspended sentence, not to mention the three years of the original sentence, was allowed to be free for credit of 306 days of time served prior to sentencing.
On August 10, 2022, Allen was jailed and remains in custody on a charge of second-degree rape. The Maryland Court records maintained by the District Court, and Circuit Courts of St. Mary’s County carry two different spellings of the first name of Allen. District Court filing shows his first name as Nathan, while the Circuit prefers the spelling of his first name as Nathon. The St. Mary’s Jail bookings display his name as Nathan Javon Allen.
St. Mary’s Circuit Court shows Nathon Javon Allen, (DOB 07/06/2001) of 21704 N. Essex Drive, Lexington Park, Md., being served the indictment handed down by the St. Mary’s County Grand Jury on August 1, 2022, charging him with second-degree rape. At a bond review in St. Mary’s Circuit Court on August 11, 2022, a pretrial supervision summary was noted, Allen entered a plea of not guilty, and on August 14, 2022, the taxpayers of Maryland were put on the hook to pay for an attorney from the Public Defender’s Office for this dirtbag.
While wasting away his days and nights in the slammer in the Hotel St. Mary’s, Allen can dream about his big fling in Ocean City on June 11, 2022, when Maryland State Trooper C. Shubert stopped Allen at 12:24 am on Md. Rt. 50 at Philadelphia Avenue while operating a 2016 Honda at 76 mph in a 35 mph speed zone. Should Allen fail to appear for court in Worcester County on November 17, 2022, to face that traffic charge, along with a couple of others, he will be liable for a fine of $530.
