THIRD TIME IS THE CHARM; WILL DRUG-DEALER MAKE IT TO PRISON THIS TIME AROUND?

Enough cocaine to spread around town for a profit, ex-con drug dealer Jackie Pixley was sent to the slammer in Hotel St. Mary’s

The Maryland State Police report that on August 13, 2023, Tpr Holder conducted a traffic stop on Saratoga Drive at North Essex Drive, Lexington Park, MD. Pixley was transported to the St. Mary’s County Jail, where he was charged with CDS Possession With Intent to Distribute, Possession of CDS: Not Cannabis, Possession of CDS: Paraphernalia, and Reckless Endangerment. Easy plea deal in 2021 between Richard Fritz and Melissa Miller for her client, drug dealer Jackie Pixel

Court records reveal that on October 28, 2021, Pixley, represented by Clinton power attorney Melissa Miller, the daughter of the late Senator Mike Miller, worked an easy plea deal with then-St. Mary’s States Attorney Richard Fritz. In the deal on a Grand Jury indictment for conspiracy to distribute drugs in St. Mary’s County, Fritz allowed Pixley to plead guilty in return for an arranged verdict of five years in prison with all but 225 days suspended. Since Pixley is on probation for three years, if the current States Attorney in St. Mary’s checks the records, the probation could be set for violation and propel Pixley into serving the balance of the prison term he escaped due to the generosity of Richard Fritz. The Plea Deal was approved by Circuit Court Judge Michael Stamm.

Jackie Pixley was indicted in 2009 for the distribution of drugs and got another plea deal from then-St. Mary’s County States Attorney Richard Fritz, that ended up in another plea deal. The deal that was consumated in Circuit Court on October 29, 2009, resulted in eighteen months served in the St. Mary’s County Jail. Any longer sentence would have removed Pixley to the Maryland prison system and left his drug customers available to his competition.
