On September 25, 2023, Circuit Court Judge David Densford ordered that Justin Lozano be held without bond pending a court hearing on October 24, 2023. Lozano has been an off-and-on resident of St. Mary’s County and occasionally of Kalamazoo, Michigan, after his parents were divorced. Tanya Lozano received child support as ordered by the Circuit Court of St. Mary’s in litigation initiated by Fernando Lozano.
