Armed masked man robs Norfolk 7-Eleven
NORFOLK, Va. – Dressed in black and blue and appearing crooked all over, police say that this bandit is being sought for the Detectives robbery at the 7-Eleven on Colonial Avenue that occurred on April 2, 2018.
Police were called to the convenience store located at 1115 Colonial Avenue around 11:40 p.m.
Detectives say that the suspect approached the clerk, displayed a gun and demanded money from the register. The suspect fled the area on foot and there were no injuries reported.
The suspect is described as a black man in his mid to late 20s. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, white sneakers, reading glasses, and a black mask covering his face.

Hooded Hoodlum Filled his Basket with Dough at Pizza Joint
NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk Police report that a desperado entered Chanellos’s Pizza on Easter Sunday and he wasn’t on an Easter Egg Hunt. Instead, he was after the dough.
Detectives are investigating a robbery at the Chanellos’s Pizza on West 21st Street that occurred Sunday afternoon.
Police were called to the restaurant located in the 900 block of West 21st Street around 12:30 p.m.
Detectives say that the suspect approached the clerk, displayed a gun and demanded money from the register. The suspect fled the area on foot and there were no injuries reported.
The suspect is described as a black man around 5 feet 7 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black shoes with white stripes.
