Maryland State Police Beat / Second Armed Robbery of a Convenience Store in Two Days as Criminals Ignore Gun Laws
GRASONVILLE, MD. – Maryland State Police are searching for a suspect who robbed a Queen Anne’s County convenience store early this morning and are asking for the public’s help in identifying the armed robber. On April 8, 2018, just before 12 a.m., troopers from the Maryland State Police Centreville Barrack responded to the 7-Eleven store located at 110 Pullman Crossing Road, Grasonville, Queen Anne’s County, Maryland for a report of an armed robbery.
Surveillance video showed the suspect entered the store and brandished what appeared to be a black handgun. The suspect was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black gloves, grey pants, black tennis shoes, sunglasses, with a dark cloth covering his face. The suspect demanded store employee give him cash from the register. The employee complied, and the suspect fled the store. The employee reported no injury.
