MURDER USA: West Baltimore shooting victim riddled with bullets; #213 murder of 2018 scored on North Monastery

BALTIMORE, MD. – Baltimore police report that on September 22, 20,18 at approximately 10:50 p.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 1300 block of North Mount Street for a report of a shooting.

Once at the location, officers located a 33-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds to the leg and neck.

The victim was transported to an area hospital where he is listed in serious but stable condition.

Northern District Shooting Investigation

On September 22, 2018, at approximately 11:38 p.m., Northern District patrol officers responded to the 6000 block of Chinquapin Parkway for a report of a shooting.

Once at the location officers located a 36-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds to the leg, arm and butt.

The victim was transported to an area hospital where he is listed in stable condition.

Eastern District Shooting Investigation

On September 22, 2018, at approximately 12:02 a.m., Eastern District Patrol officers responded to the 400 block of East 20th Street for a report of a shooting.

Once at the location, officers located a 39-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds to the shoulder and foot.

The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was visiting a friend in the 400 block of East 20th Street when he was shot by a male suspect. The male suspect then barricaded himself into an apartment within the block.

Swat officers were called to the location, where they made entry into the apartment and arrested the suspect without incident.

Citywide Shooting detectives are currently interviewing the suspect.

#213 murder of 2018 scored on North Monastery

On September 22, 2018 at approximately 1:00 a.m., Southwest District Patrol officers responded to the 100 block of North Monastery for a report of a shooting.

Once at the location, officers located a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.

The victim was transported to an area hospital where he later died.
