• On May 11, 2010, Dominici entered a guilty plea in Baltimore County District Court to a charge of keeping a place of gambling and was given a verdict of Probation Before Judgement.
• On Sept. 14, 2010 in Worcester County District Court, Dominici entered a guilty plea to driving with alcohol in his bloodstream in violation of a restriction on his driver’s license in a plea deal with the Worcester County States Attorney following his arrest by Maryland State Trooper J. Grozier of the Berlin Barrack while operating a 2008 Ford on Rt. 50 at the Kelly Bridge in Ocean City on June 20, 2010. THE DEAL: no jail time and a fine of $507.00.
• On Nov. 22, 2010, a charge in PG County District Court for possession with intent to distribute drugs was dropped by the Prince Georges County States Attorney.
