FAMILY FEUD: Drug dealer Christian Glen Graham made his point in a squabble with a knife

Stepping on up in crime-vocation; this time could be big time

CURTIS BAY, MD. – Anne Arundel County Police have arrested Christian Glen Graham for allegedly stabbing a family member on February 3, 2020, at approximately 9:50 p.m.

Anne Arundel County Police say that officers responded to 212 Sycamore Road in Curtis Bay, Md., for a report of a family dispute and when they arrived, they found a male subject suffering from a stab wound to his upper body.

The victim was transported to a local trauma center with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect, Christian Glen Graham Jr. 26, (DOB 02/08/1994) had beat feet when the police arrived but boomeranged himself into the hands of the law and when he was arrested by Anne Arundel Police Officer Christian Merkel. A bond review was held on Feb. 5, 2020.

CHARGES placed against Graham are Attempted second-degree murder, first and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment. Bond was denied pending a hearing on March 4, 2020, with the taxpayers of Maryland providing a free attorney for the accused.

With public defender Jerry Prince representing him in a plea deal with the Anne Arundel States Attorney Anne Colt Leitess on Oct. 17, 2019, Graham entered a guilty plea to attempted drug dealing. THE DEAL: Graham received a verdict of Probation Before Judgement with eighteen months in jail with one year, two months and 29 days suspended. As a result of the drug conviction, Graham is on eighteen months of probation.

Graham entered a guilty plea in Anne Arundel District Court to second-degree assault on Dec. 28, 2017, and was sentenced to ten days in jail. As part of the plea deal, two other assault charges were dropped by Anne Arundel States Attorney Wes Adams. By Jan. 15, 2019, Graham was cited for violation of the terms of his probation, according to court records.

Graham picked up two days in jail in Howard County when he entered into a plea deal with the Howard County States Attorney on Sept. 20, 2016, and entered a guilty plea to failing to obey a lawful order of a police officer and a charge of disturbing the peace was dropped.

The Howard County Grand Jury indicted Graham on March 12, 2014, on six criminal counts including robbery, assault, malicious property destruction, and theft. In a plea deal with the Howard County States Attorney on July 22, 2014, Graham entered a guilty plea to second-degree assault. THE DEAL: all other charges were dropped and Graham was sentenced to six months in jail with all but two days suspended.

In Circuit Court for Howard County on Sept. 1, 2010, Graham was charged with multiple counts of armed robbery and assault and the case was sent to Juvenile Court for disposition.
