PRINCE WILLIAM POLICE BEAT: Gerson Luna sought for biting woman’s face prior to choking her; Oscar Portillo charged with multiple counts of sex assault

WOODBRIDGE, VA.  – Prince William Police are on the lookout for a crazy Luna-tic named Gerson Luna, who they say strangled a woman.

Police say that on August 14, 2018, at 12:30 AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 14400 block of Brandon Ct in Woodbridge, Va., to investigate a domestic.

 

the Luna-tic allegedly bit the victim on the face then allegedly used a cord to strangle her.

The victim, a 25-year-old woman, reported to police that she and the accused, an acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated when the Luna-tic allegedly bit the victim on the face then allegedly used a cord to strangle her.

The parties eventually separated, and Luna, like the yellow-bellied coward that he is for beating a woman, fled the residence as the victim contacted police.

Police K-9 searched for the accused who was not located. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Gerson LUNA, who police have not been able to locate.

WOODBRIDGE, VA. – Prince William County Police report that a woman came to police and charged that between 1995 and 1997 that she was assaulted by a family member at a residence in Woodbridge and filed a complaint against Oscar Armando Portillo, 55, of 13455 Princedale Drive.

Police say that on August 2, 2018, detectives from the Special Victim’s Unit were assigned to investigate the alleged sexual assault of two girls that occurred at a residence in Woodbridge.

Police say that the victims, a 12-year-old girl and a 10-year-old girl at the time of the offenses, were sexually assaulted by the accused, identified as a family, multiple times over the course of several years. Portillo was charged with five counts of aggravated sexual battery and 1 count of object sexual penetration and was held without bond.
