General Court-Martial

• At a General Court-Martial in Norfolk, Virginia, ABEAN Kaleb B. Haney USN, pled guilty to assault consummated by battery. On 11 June 2020, consistent with the pretrial agreement, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade E-1 and confinement for 6 months.

 Special Court-Martial

• At a Special Court-Martial in Great Lakes, Illinois, HM2 Jerlo M. Serquina USN, pled guilty to unlawful entry. On 16 June 2020, consistent with the pretrial agreement, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade E-3 and to forfeit $1151.00 pay per month for 2 months. The pretrial agreement contained a waiver of the accused’s administrative separation board.

Navy Region Northwest

 General Court-Martial

• At a General Court-Martial in Bremerton, Washington, FC3 Hayden N. Kuhns USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to two specifications of possession of child pornography. On 18 June 2020, consistent with the pretrial agreement, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, confinement for 19 months, and a Bad Conduct Discharge.

 • At a General Court-Martial in Bremerton, Washington, ABHAN Isiah Anthony P. Causey USN, was tried for two specifications of attempted sexual abuse of a child, one specification of attempted receipt of child pornography, and one specification of solicitation. On 19 June 2020, the panel of members returned a verdict of guilty on two specifications of attempted sexual abuse of a child, and attempted receipt of child pornography. He was sentenced to 1-year confinement and a Dishonorable Discharge.

Special Court-Martial

 • At a Special Court-Martial in Bremerton, Washington, ABH3 Stephen J. Dildine USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to three specifications of wrongful use of a controlled substance and not guilty to one specification of wrongful broadcasting of an intimate visual image and one specification of obstruction of justice. On 5 June 2020, the military judge returned a verdict of guilty for one specification of wrongful broadcasting of an intimate visual image and one specification of obstruction of justice. In total, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade E-1 and confinement for 140 days. The pretrial agreement contained a waiver of the accused’s administrative separation board.

 • At a Special Court-Martial in San Diego, California, MMA3 Jarett D. James USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to two specifications of wrongful use of a controlled substance, one specification of wrongful introduction of a controlled substance onto an armed forces installation, and one specification of wrongful distribution of a controlled substance. On 11 June 2020, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade to E-1 and confinement for 120 days. The pretrial agreement had no effect on his sentence. The pretrial agreement contained a waiver of the accused’s administrative separation board.

  • At a Special Court-Martial in Bremerton, Washington, MA3 Thomas L. Wheeler USN, was tried for sleeping on post. On 23 June 2020, the military judge returned a verdict of guilty and sentenced him to 15 days confinement.

General Court-Martial

• At a General Court-Martial in San Diego, California, AO2 Brandon J. Cunningham USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to four specifications of attempt to commit a lewd act. On 12 June 2020, consistent with his pretrial agreement, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, confinement for 180 days, and a Bad Conduct Discharge. • At a Special Court-Martial in San Diego, California, IT3 Jaiale J. Alvarado USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to two specifications of illegally transporting an alien within the United States for private financial gain. On 9 June 2020, consistent with the pretrial agreement, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, confinement for 45 days, and a Bad Conduct Discharge.

• At a Special Court-Martial in San Diego, California, BM3 Ralph Joseph T. Carolino USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to conspiracy. On 30 June 2020, consistent with his pretrial agreement, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade E-2, confinement for 35 days, and a Bad Conduct Discharge.

General Court-Martial

 • At a General Court-Martial in Washington, D.C., HM3 Ignacio Delgado USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to sexual abuse of a child. On 6 January 2020, the military judge sentenced him to be discharged with a Dishonorable Discharge, to forfeit all pay and allowances, reduction in rank to paygrade E-1 and confinement for 7 years. Pursuant to the pretrial agreement all confinement greater than 4 years is to be suspended. The suspended punishment may be served if the Service Member violates the terms of the pretrial agreement.

• At a Special Court-Martial in Norfolk, Virginia, MASN Jordan L. Vig USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to wrongful possession of drug paraphernalia and two specifications of wrongful distribution of a controlled substance. On 30 January 2020, consistent with the pretrial agreement, the military judge sentenced him to be discharged with a Bad Conduct Discharge, reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, and confinement for 170 days.

 General Court-Martial

  • At a General Court-Martial in Norfolk, Virginia, SO1 Aaron T. Howard USN, was tried for two specifications of indecent conduct, one specification of impersonating an official, and one specification of encouraging the sending of nude photographs under false pretenses. On 7 February 2020, the panel of members returned a verdict of guilty of indecent conduct and sentenced him to forfeit $500 per month for 3 months, reduction in pay grade to E-5, and confinement for 30 days.
  • At a General Court-Martial in Norfolk, Virginia, HM1 Luis A. Deffit USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to two specifications of assault consummated by a battery on a child. On 12 February 2020, the military judge sentenced him to be discharged with a Bad Conduct Discharge and confinement for 9 months. Pursuant to the pretrial agreement, the punitive discharge and all confinement in excess of 6 months is to be suspended. The suspended punishment may be served if the Service Member violates the terms of the pretrial agreement
  • At a Special Court-Martial in Jacksonville, Florida, LSSA Matthew J. Crowder USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to wrongful sale of military property and larceny. On 20 February 2020, the military judge sentenced him to forfeit $1,120 per month for 4 months, reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, and confinement for 120 days. Pursuant to the pretrial agreement all confinement greater than 45 days is to be suspended. The suspended punishment may be served if the Service Member violates the terms of the pretrial agreement. The pretrial agreement contained a waiver of the accused’s administrative separation board.

Navy Region Hawaii General Court-Martial

 • At a General Court-Martial in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, LCDR Manuel J. Dominguez USN, was tried for four specifications of rape of a child, two specifications of sexual abuse of a child, and one specification of assault consummated by a battery on a child. On 10 February 2020, the panel of members returned a verdict of guilty of two specifications of rape of a child and one specification of sexual abuse of a child and sentenced him to be discharged with a Dismissal and confinement for 16 years. • At a Special Court-Martial in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, AWR2 Ian M. Nasser USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to indecent language. On 19 February 2020, consistent with the pretrial agreement, the military judge sentenced him to be discharged with a Bad Conduct Discharge, forfeit $1143 pay per month for 2 months, reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, and confinement for 75 days. • At a General Court-Martial in Yokosuka, Japan, GSMFN Jose E. Wagner USN, was tried for sexual assault. On 21 February 2020, the panel of members returned a verdict of guilty of sexual assault and sentenced him to be discharged with a Dishonorable Discharge, reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, and hard labor for 3 months.

General Court-Martial

 • At a General Court-Martial in Norfolk, Virginia, IT1 Malachi Torres USN, pursuant to a pretrial agreement, pled guilty to a novel offense of wrongfully accessing a Sailor’s cellular phone to transmit nude images to his cellular phone and not guilty to possession of child pornography. On 11 December 2019, the military judge accepted the guilty plea and also returned a verdict of guilty for possession of child pornography. In total, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade E-5 and confinement for 4 months. Pursuant to the pretrial agreement, all confinement greater than 45 days is to be disapproved.

• At a Special Court-Martial in Groton, Connecticut, CDR William B. Swanbeck, USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman for engaging in an inappropriate relationship with the spouse of an enlisted 2 subordinate. On 4 December 2019, the military judge sentenced him to a reprimand and to forfeit $1,500 pay per month for 11 months. The pretrial agreement had no effect on his sentence

Special Court-Martial

 • At a Special Court-Martial in Jacksonville, Florida, AT2 Andrue L. Wright USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to wrongful use of a controlled substance, unauthorized absence, and communicating a threat. On 10 December 2019, the military judge sentenced him to confinement for 3 months. The pretrial agreement had no effect on his sentence. The pretrial agreement contained a waiver of the accused’s administrative separation board.

General Court-Martial

• At a General Court-Martial in Bremerton, Washington, MT3 Lucas R. Passa USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to possession of child pornography. On 13 December 2019, the military judge sentenced him to be discharged with a Bad Conduct Discharge, reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, and confinement for 18 months. The pretrial agreement had no effect on his sentence.

Special Court-Martial

 • At a Special Court-Martial at Bremerton, Washington, MM1 Arthur B. Sanders III USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to false official statement and larceny of military property of a value of more than $500. On 9 December 2019, the military judge sentenced him to be discharged with a Bad Conduct Discharge, reduction in rank to paygrade E-5, and confinement for 60 days. The pretrial agreement had no effect on his sentence.

 • At a Special Court-Martial at Bremerton, Washington, AOC Jason D. McFarlin USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to drunk and disorderly conduct. On 12 December 2019, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade E-6. The pretrial agreement had no effect on his sentence.

General Court-Martial

• At a General Court-Martial in San Diego, California, CS3 Michael Nuzzo III USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to aggravated assault and two specifications of assault consummated by a battery. On 10 December 2019, the military judge sentenced him to be discharged with a Bad Conduct Discharge, reduction in rank to paygrade to E1, and confinement for 24 months. The pretrial agreement had no effect on his sentence. Special Court-Martial

• At a Special Court-Martial in San Diego, California, EN3 Ryan K. Odom USN, pled guilty to obtaining services under false pretenses. On 12 December 2019, the military judge sentenced him to de discharged with a Bad Conduct Discharge, reduction in rank to paygrade E-3, a fine of $1,800, and confinement for 180 days. Pursuant to the pretrial agreement the punitive discharge is to be disapproved and all confinement greater than 90 days is to be suspended. The suspended punishment may be served if the Service Member violates the terms of the pretrial agreement. The pretrial agreement contained a waiver of the accused’s administrative separation board.

 • At a Special Court-Martial in San Diego, California, SB2 Charles V. Fazen Jr. USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to two specifications of wrongful use of a controlled substance. On 17 December 2019, consistent with the pretrial agreement, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, with the recommendation that it be suspended for 6 months and confinement for 7 days. The pretrial agreement contained a waiver of the accused’s administrative separation board.

General Court-Martial

• At a General Court-Martial in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, CTRC Matthew L. Richardson USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to two specifications of sexual abuse of a child and one specification of possession of child pornography. On 10 December 2019, the military judge sentenced him to be discharged with a Dishonorable Discharge, reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, and confinement for 8 years. Pursuant to the pretrial agreement, all confinement greater than 5 years is to be suspended. The suspended punishment may be served if the Service Member violates the terms of the pretrial agreement. 4

• At a General Court-Martial in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, IT3 Nicholus Z. Frye USN, pled guilty pursuant to a plea agreement to attempted sexual abuse of a child. On 12 December 2019, consistent with the pretrial agreement, the military judge sentenced him to be discharged with a Bad Conduct Discharge, to forfeit all pay and allowances, reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, and confinement for 18 months.

 • At a General Court-Martial in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, BM2 Keith T. Fanelli USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to false official statement and assault consummated by a battery. On 23 December 2019, the military judge sentenced him to be discharged with a Bad Conduct Discharge, to forfeit all pay and allowances, reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, and confinement for 8 months. The pretrial agreement had no effect on his sentence.

On 10 December 2019, the military judge sentenced him to be discharged with a Bad Conduct Discharge, reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, and confinement for 10 months. The pretrial agreement had no effect on his sentence.

• At a General Court-Martial in Norfolk, Virginia, ENS Brendan W. Butler USN, was tried for rape, two specifications of abusive sexual contact, stalking, and battery. On 6 November 2019, the panel of members returned a verdict of guilty to one specification of abusive sexual contact and sentenced him to a reprimand and confinement for 2 months.

Special Court-Martial •

 At a Special Court-Martial in Norfolk, Virginia, an E-5 was tried for willfully disobeying the lawful order of a petty officer and willful dereliction of duty. On 4 November 2019, the military judge returned a verdict of not guilty.

• At a Special Court-Martial in Norfolk, Virginia, GSMC Rondell L. Bethelmy USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to two specifications of wrongfully engaging in prohibited sexual activities with a U.S. Navy recruit and wrongfully sending sexually explicit photographs to a U.S. Navy recruit. On 21 November 2019, consistent with the pretrial agreement, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade E-6 and confinement for 15 days.

• At a Special Court-Martial in Norfolk, Virginia, DCFA Tyler J. Mirra USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to desertion and assault consummated by a battery. On 25 November 2019, consistent with the pretrial agreement, the military judge sentenced 2 him to be discharged with a Bad Conduct Discharge, reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, and confinement for 5 months

Special Court-Martial

 • At a Special Court-Martial in Jacksonville, Florida, MA3 Christopher T. Hilgenberg USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to assault consummated by a battery. On 8 November 2019, consistent with the pretrial agreement, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade E-1 and confinement for 89 days. The pretrial agreement contained a waiver of the accused’s administrative separation board.

 • At a Special Court-Martial in Mayport, Florida, IT2 Walter A. Kuck IV USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to larceny. On 22 November 2019, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade E-3 and confinement for 45 days. The pretrial agreement had no effect on his sentence.

 • At a Special Court-Martial in Mayport, Florida, GSEFN Oscar I. Lopez USN, was tried for assault consummated by a battery, assault upon a commissioned officer, and disorderly conduct. On 25 November 2019, the military judge returned a verdict of guilty of assault consummated by a battery and assault upon a commissioned officer. The military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade E-2 and confinement for 75 days.

General Court-Martial

• At a General Court-Martial in Bremerton, Washington, AOAN Zachary M. Walker USN, was tried for attempted sexual assault, sexual assault, abusive sexual contact, and aggravated assault. On 7 November 2019, the panel of members returned a verdict of guilty of the lesser included offense of assault consummated by battery and sentenced him to forfeit $800 pay per month for 2 months, reduction in rank to paygrade E-2, and confinement for 30 days.

 • At a General Court-Martial in Bremerton, Washington, LT Alexander J. Egber USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to use of a controlled substance. On 15 November 2019, the military judge sentenced him to a reprimand and confinement for 30 days. The pretrial agreement had no effect on his sentence. The pretrial agreement contained a waiver of the accused’s board of inquiry.

Special Court-Martial

• At a Special Court-Martial in San Diego, California, CECN Alonzo K. Scott USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to violation of a lawful general order, two specifications of possession of a controlled substance, and one specification of use of a controlled substance. On 7 November 2019, consistent with the pretrial agreement, the military judge sentenced him to forfeit $1,000 pay per month for 2 months and confinement for 30 days. The pretrial agreement contained a waiver of the accused’s administrative separation board.

• At a Special Court-Martial in San Diego, California, ATC Darren M. Heppler USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to suffering military property to be sold and larceny of military property. On 14 November 2019, the military judge sentenced him to be discharged with a Bad Conduct Discharge, reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, and confinement for 12 months. Pursuant to the pretrial agreement, the punitive discharge is to be suspended until the administrative separation process is complete, any adjudged reduction below paygrade of E-5 is to be suspended for 12 months, and all confinement is to be disapproved. The suspended punishment may be served if the Service Member violates the terms of the pretrial agreement. The pretrial agreement contained a waiver of the accused’s administrative separation board.

• At a Special Court-Martial in San Diego, California, ENFR Christopher C. Viray USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to three specifications of use of a controlled substance and one specification of obtaining services under false pretenses. On 15 November 2019, the military judge sentenced him to be discharged with a Bad Conduct Discharge and confinement for 127 days. Pursuant to the pretrial agreement, any punitive discharge is to be disapproved. The pretrial agreement contained a waiver of the accused’s administrative separation board.

• At a General Court-Martial in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, PS3 Jesse A. Kennemore USN, was tried for abusive sexual contact, sexual assault, and underage drinking. On 8 November 2019, the panel of members returned a verdict of guilty to underage drinking and sentenced him to restriction for 30 days. Special Court-Martial

• At a Special Court-Martial in Yokosuka, Japan, LSSN Liam Nikkel USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to absence from place of duty, missing movement, and false official statement. On 21 November 2019, consistent with the pretrial agreement, the military judge sentenced him to forfeit $1,120 pay per month for 1 month, reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, and confinement for 81 days. The pretrial agreement contained a waiver of the accused’s administrative separation board.

Special Court-Martial

 • At a Special Court-Martial in Manama, Bahrain, HM1 Michael M. Fregolle USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to wrongful appropriation of a vehicle. On 26 November 2019, consistent with the pretrial agreement, the military judge sentenced him to a reduction in rank to paygrade E-3 and restriction for 30 days. The pretrial agreement contained a waiver of the accused’s administrative separation board.

General Court-Martial

· At a General Court-Martial in Washington, D.C., CS3 Misael Roman-Morales USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to attempted rape of a child, rape of a child, and two specifications of sexual abuse of a child. On 24 October 2019, the military judge sentenced him to be discharged with a Dishonorable Discharge, to forfeit all pay and allowances, reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, and confinement for 24 years. Pursuant to the pretrial agreement, all confinement in excess of 19 years is to be suspended. The suspended confinement may be served if the Service Member violates the terms of the pretrial agreement.

 · At a General Court-Martial in Norfolk, Virginia, HN Christopher D. Lynch USN, was tried for three specifications of sexual assault and providing alcohol to a minor. On 8 October 2019, the military judge returned a verdict of guilty of providing alcohol to a minor and sentenced him to restriction for 45 days.

 · At a General Court-Martial in Norfolk, Virginia, IT2 Jared T. Norton USN, was tried for abusive sexual contact and sexual assault. On 15 October 2019, the panel of members returned a verdict of guilty of sexual assault and sentenced him to be discharged with a Dishonorable Discharge, reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, and confinement for 5 years.

· At a General Court-Martial in Norfolk, Virginia, CS2 Ze Wang USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to two specifications of assault consummated by a battery. On 23 October 2019, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade E-4, hard labor for 90 days, and restriction for 45 days. The pretrial agreement had no effect on the sentence. The pretrial agreement contained a waiver of the accused’s administrative separation board.

On 24 October 2019, the panel of members returned a verdict of guilty of attempted sexual assault of a child and attempted sexual abuse of a child and sentenced him to be discharged with a Dishonorable Discharge, to forfeit all pay and allowances, and confinement for 2 years.

· At a General Court Martial in Jacksonville, Florida, MA2 Andrew Garrett USN, was tried for two specifications of sexual assault. On 25 October 2019, the panel of members returned a verdict of guilty of sexual assault and sentenced him to be discharged with a Dishonorable Discharge, to forfeit all pay and allowances, and confinement for 2 years. · At a Special Court-Martial in Mayport, Florida, MMN1 Jacob Gilbert USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to disorderly conduct. On 8 October 2019, consistent with the pretrial agreement, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to the pay grade of E-4 and confinement for 30 days. The pretrial agreement contained a waiver of the accused’s administrative separation board.

 · At a Special Court-Martial in Pensacola, Florida, CTN1 David Dylewicz USN, was tried for drunk and disorderly conduct and disorderly conduct. On 10 October 2019, the military judge returned a verdict of guilty of disorderly conduct and sentenced him to a reprimand, to forfeit $250.00 pay per month for one month, and reduction in rank to paygrade E-5.

 · At a Special Court-Martial in Mayport, Florida, HM2 Jeffrey Day USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to four specifications of wrongful possession of controlled substances. On 16 October 2019, consistent with the pretrial agreement, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade E-3 and confinement for 30 days. The pretrial agreement contained a waiver of the accused’s administrative separation board. 3

· At a Special Court-Martial in Mayport, Florida, LT Juan Adriatico USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to two specifications of violation of a lawful general order and two specifications of conduct unbecoming of an officer and a gentleman. On 28 October 2019, the military judge sentenced him to a reprimand and to forfeit $3,375.00 pay per month for 2 months. The pretrial agreement had no effect on the sentence. The pretrial agreement contained a waiver of the accused’s board of inquiry.

 · At a General Court-Martial in Bremerton, Washington, EMN2 Nathan E. Schimes USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to conspiracy to wrongfully use and distribute controlled substances, three specifications of wrongful use of controlled substances, and three specifications of wrongful distribution of controlled substances. On 3 October 2019, consistent with the pretrial agreement, the military judge sentenced him to be discharged with a Bad Conduct Discharge, reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, and confinement for 13 months.

 · At a General Court-Martial in Bremerton, Washington, LT James W. Hendren USN, pled guilty pursuant to a pretrial agreement to wrongful distribution of a controlled substance and conduct unbecoming an officer.
