CHILD RAPE: Biden open border policy release illegal alien Renzo Mendoza Montes at El Paso, now charged with rape of child in Virginia

According to Campbell County Sheriff Whit Clark, on Thursday, February 22, 2024, the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office arrested Renzo Mendoza Montes, 32 y.o., on one felony charge of carnal knowledge of a child (18.2-63) and one felony charge of taking indecent liberties with a child (18.2-370). The charges stem from an incident that occurred in January 2024 involving Mendoza Montes and a 14 year old Campbell County acquaintance. The investigation remains ongoing at this time.

Mendoza Montes is a Venezuelan citizen who is in the country illegally after being detained and released by US Customs and Border Patrol in El Paso, Texas on September 2, 2023. Mendoza Montes had been residing in Campbell County.

Sheriff Whit Clark states: “Due to the fact that this is an active investigation, the sheriff’s office will not be releasing any additional details related to the case. We are especially sensitive to the fact that these crimes involve a young juvenile who lives here within our community. Like any criminal investigation conducted by the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office, upholding the integrity of a case is priority for our department and the Campbell County Commonwealth’s Attorney.”

Mendoza Montes is currently being held without bond on these charges at the Blue Ridge Regional Jail.
