PLEA DEAL POSTER BOY: Terrel Odel Futrell faces a new slew of charges in his latest crime spree in Anne Arundel after getting a sweet deal from Howard County States Attorney

The prosecutors of Maryland can’t seem to keep this dirtbag in prison. With eighty-one charges of malicious property destruction pending in Anne Arundel County, it may prove to be curtains for Terrel Odel Futrel, who is currently cooling his heels in the slammer after Judge Thomas E. Miller III denied him bail.

Howard County police have charged a suspect in several thefts from vehicles in the overnight hours of Aug. 28-29 on Woodpark Lane and Clocktower Lane in Columbia. The suspect broke into several vehicles and stole various items. Police later arrested the suspect and recovered evidence connecting him to the thefts.
